2 ways, You may order from online ordering and offline ordering
1.1 Online ordering
Browse our extensive product selection. Information about how to choose products is
available in each ordering page section. Each ordering page, browse products and materials
you like. Add products and/or materials you're interested in. Enter measurements, choose
materials and options without committing to ordering. We'll save everything until you're ready.
Determine size. Simply take a few simple measurements, we outline exactly what you need
to know in the measuring instructions associated with each product online
Once you know how wide and long your draperies need to be, simply click on "Add to Cart" and continue directly from our site instruction.
1.2 Offline ordering
Ordering online is safe, fast and fun. But if you'd prefer to order via fax, mail, or by email here's how.
Select your product.
Determine size. (see, measuring guide click here "link")
Determine the price. Refer to the price chart in our catalog or price online. Add any surcharges for
options you've chosen.
You can email or mail your order or fax it to us: 011662.xxx.xxxx. You will recieve a respond from us
by email within 24 business hours for further instruction.
Custom orders?
We are happy to consider any custom requests you may have including extra long length curtains,
wider width curtains, or unique styling requirements. Simply email your requests to
order@lapitha.com so we can send you a quote and upload your order to our website.
When is my order start processing?
Your order is processed right after your payment clearing, which may take up to 2-3 business
days after you've made a payment.
Can I cancel my order?
Because we begin working on your custom drapery order after payment clearing, Therefore,
we can only allow cancellations if your fabric selection has not been cut by our workroom.
I made a mistake on my order, how do I change it?
If you feel you may have made a mistake in your curtain length or width, please email customer
support as soon as possible at customersupport@lapitha.com so we can make the necessary
adjustments before your order ships.
Your satisfaction is our priority.
At Lapitha all of our orders will be inspected before shipping to you to ensure that you will receive
it in excellence condition. However in a rare occasion if you spot a problem within 30 days of
receiving your order, please notify Customer Service immediately. If you have provided accurate
measurements and conformed to our recommended product specifications and limitations,
we will expertly repair your treatment, or remake it completely.
Custom Orders
Because your curtains are custom made just for you according to your specifications, they are
non-refundable. Although we can not offer refunds for custom made draperies but if we make
a mistake in fabric, length, or style of panel we are more than willing to correct our mistake and
deliver the curtains you ordered.

Non-Custom products
Non-custom products may be returned within 20 days after their arriving date for exchange
or credit toward another Lapitha.com purchase. A 15% restocking fee will apply and return
freight charges will be paid by the customer. Products must be returned via a trackable delivery
method and must be received in like-new condition. Email our Customer Service for return
address.

Your curtains are custom made just for you. Most orders are ready to ship in 2-3 weeks after
payment's clearing. If we anticipate any further delays, we will email you as soon as possible.
Has my order shipped?
Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders
status. Most custom drapery orders ship within 2-3 weeks after your payment clearance. We will
send you an email with all tracking information within 24 hours of order shipment.
Tracking information for my order?
You will receive your tracking information via email account that you have registered with us within 24
hours of your order shipment. This email will provide all the information you need and how to track
your order online such as confirmation number, air carrier website URL and arriving date.
How long will it take to receive my order?
You will receive tracking information along with arriving date via email. It usually takes about 2-3
weeks time for international order to be arrived. Please check your shipping progress online.
